DJAMBOOLA FITNESS PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES WITH RICH'ART AND TEAM
Djamboola® Fitness changes the face of the cardio-strength training based dances, bringing more variety, more dynamic, more efficiency on the physical and mental health, with a touch more festive, more entertaining. That is what we call: "Enjaillement" (enjoyment).
Djamboola Fitness sessions are made of small choreographies, simple and easy to follow. A tasty and rhythmic mix primarily made of African cardio-dances: (Traditional style “tam-tam” sounds, afrobeat such as "Coupé-Décalé-Azonto-NDombolo"). As well as dances from all over the world such as Hip-hop / RnB, Ragga-Dancehall, Soca, Zouk / Kompa / Kizomba, etc ...).
Djamboola classes are an effective way of burning a maximum amount of calories, without noticing it. The movements allow you to tighten your thighs, belly, glute muscles, arms, etc... while you are partying.
On this page, are listed all the Djamboola Fitness activities led by yours truly, Richard '' Rich'Art '' Laubonet (choreographer, fitness coach, international presenter and creator of Djamboola).
Please note that due to the coronavirus epidemic, my regular indoor Djamboola classes are on hiatus. Pending the resumption of normal activities, I decided to offer online sessions from home. You can therefore continue to exercise in the comfort of your own home, alone or with your family.
Each month, we will update this page in order to keep you informed of the next available courses.
You will find below the program of activities for the period of June 1st to June 30th, 2020.

* Tuesdays June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30th, 2020. From 7pm to 8.30pm. Online classes - $ 5 per class.
* Saturdays June 6, 13, 20 and 27th, 2020. From 10am. to 11.30am. Online classes - $ 5 per class.

Our online sessions are made for everyone. However, in order to better explain the participation terms, we will divide the participants into 2 categories:
Category 1: All the Djamboola instructors I have trained around the world.
Category 2: The general public.

1) Category 1: Instructors.
If you are an active Djamboola Fitness instructor, I am giving you the opportunity to exercise with me online. And it is free for you. All you need to do is send me a message, if you are interested, and I will add you to my private Facebook group dedicated to online sessions.

2) Category 2: The general public.
Djamboola online sessions cost $ 5 per class.
You can pay for 1 class at a time, or several classes at once.
As soon as you purchase your class, it is important to send me an email to confirm your name and tell me which of the classes you paid for.
Example of message: '' Hello Richard. My name is Estelle Laurier. I have just made a payment of $ 20 for the following 5 courses: June 2, 6, 16, 23 and 27. Please send me the information to follow these courses''.
Once I have received your payment and your email, I will reply with all the details needed to follow your course. There you go, as simple as that, héhé!
